I bought my first rental at the age of 19 and did my first remodel day one.

New kitchen, Bathroom paint, and doors.

I then moved to the other side of the Duplex and did it again and I haven’t stopped since. 

 

I bring knowledge to the table and then skill. 

 

I can look at a job and know the time, material and final outcome. 

 

In almost 30 years I have never had to do a change order (meaning coming back and asking for more money) I state in every estimate what is and what might be and always give pricing before I start work. 

 

All we have in this life is our word and I am a man of my word.
